Artist Statement

This project represents how fast and drastically beauty standards and trends change. Nowadays, we put so much pressure on looking our best, but the reality is that trends are always changing, and we can never live up to each trend. One facial insecurity will soon be made something desirable and then can quickly revert back to a “flaw” only 5-10 years later. Makeup is a form of expression and should be used to enhance the beauty that is already there <3
